If the nanny doesn’t work out for any reason within the trial period, we will work to find you a new nanny and provide a pro-rated discount toward a new placement.

Temporary Nanny Services: This service helps families who are looking for someone to fill in temporarily or needs a nanny on occasion. We can help on days when your nanny is sick, your child is mildly sick and can’t attend school, or you need short term coverage. This is a great service for Mom’s at home who only need occasional help and for parents who want an evening out without the children. We understand how important consistency is for children and will try to send a nanny the family has previously had in their home.

Full Time, Permanent Position: We will work with you to find a family with whom you will make a one year commitment to. Many families are looking for a nanny to stay long term with them, but this is the minimum length (one year) of employment through our permanent service.

Part Time, Permanent Position: If you are looking to work less than 40 hours per week, but are able to commit to a one year or longer, you would seek a part time permanent position. Temporary Position: Our temporary service works with families who are looking for short term or occasional care. If you are available during the week or weekends, we will find families for you to work with. We will try to accommodate your schedule needs as best we can.
